It integrates a 193nm excimer laser ablation sampling system to achieve perfect signal smoothing at low repetition rates without excessively prolonging the flushing time or causing memory effects. The fast flushing time and (optional) signal smoothing processing continuously monitor the output energy of the laser, ensuring reliable gas processing and excellent laser ablation performance. The software supports manual selection of test points and unmanned fully automatic operation of thousands of sample points.
